1. Upgrade to Premium or Platinum Member Spending Calculation: During the membership period, the system calculates the accumulated actual spending amount daily. If the upgrade criteria are met, the system will update the membership level in the Member Center at midnight the following day and notify the member via email.
2. Premium and Platinum Member Renewal Qualification Calculation: Upon the expiration of the Premium or Platinum membership period, the spending accumulation will reset. If the previous year's spending meets the Premium or Platinum membership requirements, the system will automatically renew the Premium or Platinum membership after the expiration.
3. Cloud Marketplace spending accumulation is calculated based on orders with a "Paid" status. Canceled orders or returns will not be included in the accumulated spending amount.
4. Membership benefits for each level are limited to the account holder and cannot be transferred to other member accounts in any form.
5. Unutilized membership benefits and allowances during the membership period will automatically expire at the end of the membership term. IScloud360 will not provide separate notifications.
6. If a member exhibits any of the following behaviors, IScloud360 reserves the right to investigate, make a judgment, and immediately terminate all membership benefits, as well as cancel the member’s qualifications:
   • 《1》 Providing false information in membership data;
   • 《2》 Accumulating spending amounts through improper or illegal actions;
   • 《3》 Exploiting membership benefits for personal profit or actions detrimental to IScloud360’s interests, or engaging in any behavior that violates membership terms, notices, or the laws and regulations of the Republic of China.
7. IScloud360 reserves the right to modify membership benefits at any time in the future as needed. Changes to membership benefits will be communicated appropriately or announced on the IScloud360 website to inform members.
